[Job Description]

Job Desciprion

ü   Ensure Daily serialization reporting to government(KPIS) including return, discard, sample, etc.

ü   Work closely with regional/global IT team to manage serialization system and RPA

ü   Work closely with BSC OTC(Order to Cash) management in KL and local commercial operation team to manage OTC related issue

ü   Month end closing process for the sales and inventory

ü   Monthly actual expense report

ü   Vendor master management

ü   Manual tax/duty payment

ü   Internal/External Audit support   

ü   Accounting projects support

ü   Other ad-hoc support in finance

Job Requirements

ü   Basic accounting knowledge

ü   Good at Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint

ü   Proficiency in English

ü   Attention to details and accuracy
