변경된 제도가 CMA를 준비하고자 하는 분들에게 주는 이점은 기존 2년 정도 예상하였던 수험기간을 1년 내로 절반이상 감소시키고, 부분합격유효기간이 2과목임에도 불구하고 3년이라는 점이라고 할 수 있으므로, 국제적인 재무 및 회계전문가를 희망하시는 분들에게는 매우 좋은 기회라고 할 수 있습니다.
